You may place your withdrawal request at the casino cashier. Make sure to place one single withdrawal request instead of several ones as the system does not process several withdrawal requests.


The minimum amount for a withdrawal is $20.00 if for our e-wallet solutions and $50 for a check.


The maximum monthly limit for any withdrawal is $5,000.00. Payments above $5,000 will be paid out via installments not exceeding $5,000 per month in accordance to casino policies.


For example, a $11,500 winner will be paid $5,000 in the first month, $5,000 inthe second month and $1,500 in the third month.


For security reasons and casino policies withdrawal methods cannot be combined and only one withdrawal will be processed at the same time.
